I joined Iverify in 2006 as a Protection Specialist in The “I”. After spending 26 years in law enforcement, I was searching for another career in the security industry that involved protecting people, and rewarded patience and empathy as much as experience and skill. I’ve found that at Iverify, along with a real sense of self-fulfillment.
Why do you like working at Iverify?
After meeting Mike May and the rest of the Iverify team, I realized that this was the perfect place for me to apply my law enforcement experience. Iverify is a company that truly believes in bringing together skills and qualifications with a love for protecting people.
What has been the most amazing experience you’ve had at Iverify?
There isn’t just one! But I have to say that the most rewarding thing is when a client calls and specifically requests Protection Specialist 202.
What’s the most important thing you’ve learned about the security industry?
I’ve learned that interacting with people – my friends and family, my coworkers and the people I protect – is the most important thing I can do. It’s why I am here.
