Kimberly Soublet is Chief People Officer for Iverify. Kimberly has been with Iverify since 2010 and oversees the organization’s Human Resources and Talent Management activities, including developing and leading the recruiting strategy, design and development of all training initiatives, oversight of the Quality Program and initiatives, and managing Compliance.

Prior to joining Iverify, Kimberly spent over 18 years at GE Capital where she was responsible for Performance Development throughout the enterprise, supporting their call center’s major retail finance accounts. Her career also includes 8 years with TransUnion, LLC where she was responsible for pioneering comprehensive, standardized programs across the TransUnion enterprise to include the design, development, and implementation of Leadership Development, Diversity & Inclusion, and Quality Customer Service programs.

Her talent, coupled with over 25 years of leadership skills and experience in contact centers, enable her to drive Iverify’s Protection Team to higher levels of performance and execution. As Iverify generates new partnerships and expands its client base, Protection Services, through Kimberly’s direction, will focus on enhancing the customer experience before, during, and after each event.

Kimberly is a native of Charlotte and studied Communications at Johnson C. Smith University. She holds a Six Sigma Greenbelt, is a certified e-Trainer and Designer through New York University and is a licensed LIFO Trainer (applied human behavior). She is a member of the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP) and Society Human Resource Professionals (SHRM). She is married and has one daughter.
