Asserting a Lofty Aspiration

The reason I’m starting this blog is because, as a veteran of law enforcement and the security industry, I needed a place to put down my thoughts on the effects of what I see happening every day in the world. For me, finding a topic I’m passionate about was simple: too many kids are involved in violent crime. Every day, I witness incidents of kids robbing stores, kids shooting cops, kids killing kids.
