After graduating from college in 1999, I began my career at MBNA America Bank as Security Manager. I continued in the security industry at Bank of America as the Head of Security Control Center. In 2005, I joined Iverify as a Protection Specialist Supervisor because everyday here is a learning experience – something different happens every single day.
My experience in the security industry has given me important insight into human behavior and prepared me to handle any situation, from simple interaction with store employees to helping diffuse a dangerous situation.
Working at Iverify has taught me to follow the facts always, every single time – never take anything for granted or assume something about a situation.
The fact that I can be a part of helping someone get home safely to their family has had the biggest impact on me.
As a supervisor, I am the first point of contact with the store managers; they know me by name and immediately recognize my voice when they call. I believe they trust in me and feel comfortable reaching out to me with any concerns.
